It's mostly luck...have everyone at the back, then try using Quina's Mighty Guard as well so you don't have to heal often (at least, for a while, for Beatrix's physical attacks. Add in Reis's Wind if you like), giving you more time to steal. Not much more you can do really...like I said, it's more about luck.
