WebVery doable. I run a compressed Hatch cycle (rear and front squat in the same session). Instead of 2x per week for 12 weeks, I do 3x per week and it completes in 8 weeks. The first cycle was a rough grind, after that, though, it's just what's on the menu for the day. I'm sore from yesterdays work, but by tomorrow afternoon I'll be good to go again.
