I should also add that you need to leave the timing idler pulley loose and water pump loosely installed when you route the new belt, or the rear cam is ALWAYS one tooth off. Even with the above left loose, you need to take a 15mm wrench and dial forward the rear cam just a tad and put the new timing belt on.
WebObviously the timing belt needs to be replaced. Then they could change any followers or guides which mechanically get worn out. I would always recommend getting the water pump changed if it is driven off of the belt, or located in the same vicinity as the belt.
