Web8 dec. 2009 · As far as upgrading goes, I'm not eligible and won't be for a year or so. With my first iPhone, the screen got cracked and stopped responding. At the time, I wasn't aware that it could be replaced with an out of warranty model for $199, so I paid full price for a new one.
