WebI think Scout 4 or 5 is a very reasonable starting class. You get the best of Scout and can maybe roll into a guardian with a few more powers than normal. Largely, the starting classes offer valuable tools not freely given if at all to the Jedi Classes. Skipping on the starting classes doesn't make you stronger, it just makes you stronger sooner.
